Valeria Navarro Pérez was born in Albacete in 1995. She obtained her degree in Biotechnology in 2018 and her postgraduate degree in Biotechnology and Bioengineering in 2019, both of them at the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche. During the last year of her degree she joined the research group of Prof. Dr. Fernando Fernández Lázaro, where she realized a final degree work and a final postgraduate degree project on synthesis of dyads perylenediimide-perylenediimide and phtalocyanine-benzoperylenetriimide as an artificial photosynthetic analogue, both of them under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Fernando Fernández Lázaro and Prof. Dra. Ana María Gutiérrez Vílchez. In 2019, she starts PhD studies of Bioengineering in the group of Prof. Dr. Fernando Fernández Lázaro.
